Coded tape trolley elements

The option “Coded elements” allows to link component reels with tape trolley elements fitted with 2D datamatrix codes. Each individual trolley position will then be programmed automatically.

This option can be used with or without the option “Stock management”.
- without “Stock management”, we can associate an item code and a batch code to each coded element.
- with “Stock management”, we associate a reel code to each coded element.

coded or non-coded element on the same trolley.
Locations with coded elements will be automatically programmed during the auto-configuration routine of the feeder zone.
When positions with standard elements non-coded are founded, previously programmed data for the corresponding location are kept.
