We currently offer direct support from the UK, USA, France, and Asia, whilst working with our Distribution partners in Italy, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, India, Australia and more. Experience has told us that customers require ‘face to face’ technical support without administrative interruption and we are structured to meet this need. We maintain a high install / support ratio and our dedicated Technical Support staff are able to manage all technical issues and enquires either ‘on site’ or remotely. In addition to our technical Support team, we are able to offer Product Specialists who can provide valuable input to Process and Throughput improvements within your SMT process. For those customers who require complete ‘peace of mind’ a selection of Maintenance Contracts are available direct from Europlacer or through our Distribution partners. The contracts provide varying degrees of support cover from basic Planned maintenance contracts through to Maintenance and 24 hour Breakdown cover.
