We Secure an 11th Consecutive Win at the Prestigious Circuits Assembly Magazine’s “Service Excellence Awards” in Pick and Placement and Screen Printing Categories
We are thrilled to announce our recognition at the 2024 Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) in both the Pick and Placement and Screen Printing categories. This marks the 11th consecutive year that we have been honored for its outstanding commitment to customer service.
The awards were presented to John Perrotta, President of Europlacer Americas, by Mike Buetow, President of the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA), at the SMTA International (SMTAI) Conference in Chicago.
Now in its 32nd year, the Service Excellence Awards remain the only awards program in the electronics manufacturing industry driven entirely by direct customer feedback. Companies are assessed based on critical performance indicators, including reliability, product quality, responsiveness, technology, user-friendliness, on-time delivery, and overall value. We achieved very high ratings from its customers in every category.
