This organizational enhancement is designed to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s presence across Southeast Asia and mainland China markets.

As part of this strategic realignment, Europlacer is promoting Michael Xing and Kirby Zhang to the position of Co-General Managers for the ASIA region, effective January 1, 2026. This dual leadership structure positions the company to maximize opportunities across both public and private sector operations while maintaining the deep market expertise that has driven success in mainland China.

Michael Xing will expand his role to oversee all countries in Southeast Asia, with the exception of Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, while continuing to lead our private sector operations in mainland China, working closely with existing distribution partners, Michael will continue to strengthen Europlacer’s regional presence while providing comprehensive sales and product support and leadership across the newly merged territories. His proven track record in mainland China’s private sector operations provides a strong foundation for this expanded remit.

Kirby Zhang will continue to lead public sector business in China while focusing on identifying and developing new opportunities across the region. His extensive experience and established relationships in China’s public sector position him to drive continued growth in this critical market segment.
