Europlacer Industries obtains quality certification for training services

Published: July 2, 2022

Europlacer Industries is pleased to announce that it has obtained QUALIOPI certification for the delivery of its training services.

This certification, which is compulsory as of 01/01/22, is further proof of the investment of our teams in customer satisfaction and the quality of our training services, which meet the requirements of the National Quality Standards published by the Ministry of Labour.

What does QUALIOPI certification consist of?

The QUALIOPI certification allows us to:

  • To attest to the quality of the process implemented by training organisations contributing to the development of skills
  • A better accessibility of the training offer to companies and learners

This certification is therefore important, even essential, for any training organisation in order to guarantee the quality of its training and services within the framework of customer satisfaction.

It requires regular surveillance audits (14 – 22 months) after QUALIOPI certification has been obtained.

QUALIOPI certification: what are its advantages?

For an employer, QUALIOPI certification allows:

  • To be reassured about the professionalism of the training provider chosen for their employees
  • To be eligible for financial support
  • To simplify and guide the training process for their employees

QUALIOPI and EUROPLACER’s commitments

The Training Organisation undertakes to:

  • Offer its learners an environment entirely dedicated to training
  • Accompany people with disabilities in their training course.
  • Selecting trainers for their expertise, their added value in training and their knowledge of client and partner companies.
  • Putting in place all the educational, technical and supervisory resources with all its teams

EUROPLACER is committed to this QUALIOPI certification process, which demonstrates our strong desire to constantly improve the efficiency of our organisation and the quality of our training and services.

A special thank you to our training manager David GOUËL, and his administrative coordinator Véronique GOBIN, who have successfully completed this project, as well as to all the teams who have mobilised and involved themselves unreservedly to obtain this certification!
