Accessory Packs

New customers acquiring a Europlacer Pick and Place machine can benefit from the optional BasePack. The BasePack includes a comprehensive package for preparing your programs and launching your production.

The Programming Station will help you prepare your placement programs with the help of Siemens Process Preparation X software and RC5.17 version. The kit comes with an ii-Tab and a scanner for preparing and controlling your production. ii-tab connects to the system via a Wi-Fi access point. The Preparation Station manages all communications between the Pick and Place machine, ii-Tab and the Programming Station.

The centralized BasePack server is available for both iineo and atom range machines.

To help new customers start production, we offer the BasePack, our core solution, and the PreparationPack, a complete kit that includes everything needed to set up your production environment.

The PreparationPack comes with the following equipment:

• White Box
• Set-up help license with 2D scanner
• An ii-Tab and a scanner

The White Box is an interface to connect up to four ii-Carts and prepare the production without using a Pick & Place Machine, thanks to Setup Help license. Set-up help facilitates the new product introduction from a programming station by preparing the machine loading for the next job without interrupting production.  Europlacer’s placement machines utilise unique, truly intelligent feeder technology. The machine or the offline programming station communicates with the intelligent feeders. All feeders are fitted with LED indicators that will be used to inform the operator about feeders required for the next batch. These functionalities are facilitated with the ii-Tab using Setup Help (SH) application.
