Europlacer has landed an impressive seventh consecutive Service Excellence Award in the Pick & Place category from respected industry publication, Circuits Assembly. At a presentation ceremony at the APEX Expo, the award was accepted by John Perrotta, recently promoted to Global Business Development Officer at Europlacer.
Circuit Assembly’s annual awards program is widely recognised as the industry’s premier independent endorsement. Evaluated using surveys of real customer feedback for each participating organisation, the judges obtain meaningful data on key criteria that include dependability, quality, responsiveness, technology and value for money.
“Europlacer is becoming ever more famous for its exemplary service support,” claims Perrotta. “It is regularly cited as a differentiator by our customers, and it has proven to be a key factor for new and existing customers around the world. It is exceptionally satisfying to see this distinguished independent survey prove that our Service continues to be the most Excellent in the industry.”
The award marks seven consecutive years of Europlacer taking the top spot in the pick & place category. The company uses the customer feedback from the survey to continuously refine its service delivery and to inform its R&D initiatives.
“Seven is often considered to be a lucky number but winning this award has nothing to do with luck,” Perrotta explains. “From the beginning, we have openly collaborated with customers on all aspects of our business. It’s clear we’ve succeeded in forging stronger customer relationships as a result of our approach, which is what we’re seeking. We will continue to grow and develop our businesses using ‘the voice of our customers’ to guide us.”
