Terms and Conditions for Apex 2025 Daily $100 Prize Drawing
Eligibility 1. The prize drawing is open to customers and prospects aged 18 years or over who reside in the United States of America, excluding employees and representatives of Europlacer, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the drawing. 2. Participants must have attended a live demo at the exhibition (IPC- Apex 2025) from Europlacer during the promotional period to qualify for entry. Promotional Period 1. The prize drawing opens on March 18th 2025 and closes on March 20th 2025. Registrations received outside of this period will not be considered. How to Enter 1. Customers will be automatically entered into the prize drawing when they register and attend a demonstration during the promotional period. No additional entry is required. 2. One entry per customer. Multiple registrations will not increase the chances of winning. Prize 1. The prize consists of a daily $100 gift card drawing. 2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. 3. Europlacer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. Winner Selection and Notification 1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within number working days of the closing date. 2. The winner will be notified via email/phone/in person using the contact details provided at the time of registration. If the winner cannot be contacted within number days, Europlacer reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Publicity 1. By entering the prize drawing, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials and announcements without additional compensation. Data Protection 1.
