Description
The ii-scan is our innovative solution for scanning and relabelling reels and parts. ii-scan can transform your goods-in procedure. It speeds up the booking in process of SMT reels and, more importantly, reduces the margin for error.
The incoming goods scanner is a relabeling station for SMT component reels, dry packs and cartons. In less than one second, ii-scan locates and identifies any number of labels on the pack or reel, then captures label content at high resolution with millimetre precision. Next, it matches selected (or expected) labels to a database of suppliers and validates for plausibility.
